post release supervision

if i am on post release supervision and someone called and said i did something which i did not, only hearsay. Can i get into trouble? If so can they add any time on to my post release sentence or can i just serve the time in prison?

You do not have to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt to be jailed for a post release supervision violation. The Court can both put you into prison and add time to the PRS. Finally, hearsay is permitted (within limits) in a Violation hearing.
