Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

driving restored

I have a lot of chronic illnesses and have many appointments to the doctors, I just had a major operation for(prostate cancer) and almost did not get there because my license has been revoked and I just moved here to LeRoy and I don't have anyone to get me where I need to go. I don't make it a habit to drive and drink, but I did make a bad decision on two occations to do so. I have been driving for over 30yrs and have a pretty good record. Not able to get where I need to be will bring a sever hardship on me physically, economically, and mentally. Is there anyway my charges could be reduce where as I can get a conditional license to go to work and for my basic living and for doctor appointments?

Re: driving restored

you may apply for a conditional license through the DMV or request a hardship hearing from the Court, during the course of any current case... these are your best options.

MUCH LUCK..
