Power of Attorney / Agents Fidiciary responsibilities
Can an home health care agency hold a agent / power of attorney responsible for fees due them if medaciad coverage doesnt come through and the patient has no funds income other than social security? Can they legally garnish the wagess of the agent??
Any input would be greatly appreciated,

No. The home health agency will often try to make someone sign for personal liability, and if the agent/attorney-in-fact does sign, then he or she has a problem. But simply by being an agent doesn't make someone responsible for bills.
