Legal Question in Family Law in New York

is it common for a law guardian to meet with the child after the closing statements were submitted on 10/31/2015 and the judge has not rendered a decision? Also is it common for the law guardian to have the child brought to her office by one parent and not inform the other?

The LG can meet with the child whenever they want. And they do not need to inform both parents when they meet with the child.
