I am 9 year married, my husband is military I can divorce before the 10 years together because we have two houses and one car in Ecuador sur america we still paying. I would like to know if i can have one of the house if we divorce in ny because we married in ny also I would like to ask if we divorce i can have a social security and what are my beneficts because I never work in this 9 year i just made taxes with him like dependent with my two sons.

While it would seem sensible that you could keep one of the houses, it's not possible to tell you that it will happen based on the information you provided. In order to determine what is an appropriate division of marital assets, one has to look at when and how the assets were acquired.

It sounds like as if there is some amount of property to be divided between the two of you.
