establishing paternity

i want the alleged father of my son to take a paternity test. however i cant get him to do so. i no longer know where he lives. i only have an old address where he used to live and his family still resides there. how can i get a paternity test done?

You have to submit a petition to the Family Court for an Order of Filiation. You have to also file a motion for alternate service to allow service on his family.

There is a special motion that you have to file with the Family Court to have a judge order paternity test done.
