marital assets

Husband was taken marital assets out of the house without my permission, I told my lawyer and he told husband lawyer but nothing was done about it. Can they be accountable for this?

Who is they? The husband, your lawyer and his lawyer?

The only individual that may be held accountable for coversion and/or waste of marital property is the husband.
