Is the marriage valid?

If I flew to India and married a man, brought him back to America, then 3 years later discovered my entire marriage was based on lies, deceit, and religious abuse, then is the marriage valid?

can it be annulled based on these lies?

If the marriage is not valid, how do I proceed to eliminate the marriage?

Your question is vague, but if the marriage was fraudulent "based on lies" there is the potential that it can be annulled.
