Legal Question in Family Law in New York

hi my name is nicky. i see my son from time to time my ex-wife dosent let me see him much nor spend time with him.He is 4yrs old, Can I file for visitation?, my child support is always up to date the only 1 thing i can do for him. i feel that it's been 4 yrs in and out of his life that no judge will let me get visitation or am I wrong about that?

In your divorce agreement you should have visition specified. If you want to alter that you need to bring a case in Family Court.

The standard for altering a visitation arrangement is that there must be a change in circumstance and the change must be in the best interest of the child.
