Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Hello my name is Richard infante , I have been married since 2002 . My wife is in the military their is many things that she has left unfinished she now lives with another man which is adultery ... I don't have much funds cause she left me high and dry .. I font know what I am in title too but wish to find out . We also have too kids that I have raised since birth they are now five and three ... All I'm looking for is a little of advice .... Thank you and have a good day .

It would be best if you called me to discuss. One thing you should know.... if your spouse is active military, she will be able to delay any divorce until she is out, unless she waives her rights. 212-913-9907.
