Legal Question in Medical Leave in New York

If I was injured at work and could not go back in the time I was allowed to be out according to FMLA policies what legal action could I take. Could I receive Social Security disability and a settlement also.

If you were injured while working, you may have a Workers Compensation claim. You should speak with an attorney experienced in New York's Workman Compensation laws. Based on what you have written, this does not sound like an FMLA issue.
