Legal Question
have a civil action going that has now been moved to a bench trial - what is that. I previously won this case 3 yrs ago in housing court, now plaintiff is suing me for money that NYCHA owes him? I know this illegal and have documents to back my case up. Why is judge allowing this to go on? Lawyer never shows Up?
