Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

My conditions are:-
- i claimed my niece and nephew in tax return last time as my sister is alone and had no job.
-i dont stay with them.
-I am using only my own earned income from job.
-I am sponsoring my husband only.
-My annual income is $24,000.

Does my tax return for my nephew & niece affect my affidavit of support and my income become insufficient for sponsor?
which affidavit of support series form I-864ez or i-864 do i need to submit and is my income sufficient ?
