Legal Question in Immigration Law in New York

Hello, A month ago, upon arrival at Jfk airport I was found inadmissible to enter, they canceled my b1 b2 visa and I was deported with 5 years ban under 212(a)(7)(a)(i)(I)

My girlfriend (American) and I are ready to get married so I can go back.

My questions are:

What should be our first move after getting married?

What is the process?

How long would it take for me to be able to go back after we get married?

Thank you

You'll want to apply for your K-3 visa/Permanent residency in conjunction with a I-212 waiver, depending on the reasons for your expedited removal and 5 year ban.
