poverty guideline

thank you Mrs anna valentino for your answear just please one thing...as i said before my last job wasnt well paid and now my incomes are more than 125 percent of poverty guideline so what will be took in consideration in sponsoring my wife case. my actual financial situation or the last return taxs were my incomes are low...thanks a lot
