Book Manufacturer
If I list my book manufacturer (printer) on the copyright page of my book does it give them any legal rights over the material? Am I obligated to continue to use them for any reason?

Identifying the book printer does not confer rights that were not there to begin with.
If the printer was listed as a copyright owner with the registration office that would be a different story.
