If I use Jolee's Boutique's stickers on my homemade greeting cards that I intend to sell online, can I be sued by Jolee's Boutique?

As a franchise attorney I can say the answer is yes. It's called trademark infringement. You can't use someone's trademark without their permission. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
