Legal Question in Intellectual Property in New York

non-compete, non-disclosure

I am trying to protect myself as a broker between two parties. The factory is in India and the customer is in the U.S.

I am looking for the correct NCA & NDA to use.

Thank you!

Non competes, non-circumvention agreements and non disclosure agreements must be carefully tailored and quite narrowly drawn to be enforceable. You probably need all three in this circumstance. I'd be happy to discuss the situation with you - feel free to get in touch.
