back in april i was 32 weeks pregnant and my boss let me go because he said he cant risk me giving birth on his time,since then i hav given birth he hasnt given me my job back and i had to fight them to get even unemployment.do i have a case?

Assuming that you didn't sign a waiver of your rights when you were terminated (as is often the case in accepting a severance package), it sounds as if you have an excellent case against the company for pregnancy discrimination. Given that you were awarded unemployment I can reasonable assume that your former employer was charged with an unwarranted termination. In addition, it appears that you may have a claim for violation of The Pregnancy Act. This is something that you should further investigate for possible compensation. Best wishes.
