Back Pay

I recently left my old job at am owed 2 weeks pay. How do I get paid if they refuse to pay me.

You have a couple of options: 1) Sue in Small Claims Court (assuming the amount owed is less than $5000); 2) File a complaint with the NYS Dept of Labor; or 3) Have an attorney send them a demand letter. Good luck!
