emergency medical care in the workplace

Are ther any ''legal expetations'' of emergency medical care in the workplace(ie. calling 911)or can your supervisor & co-workers legally just let you lay unconscious for hours, doing nothing more than taking pictures of you (all in good fun I'm told)and not tell you anything about what happened?

The question doesn't contain sufficient information.

You normally cannot sue your emplyer fo injuries sustained in the course of employment, which is the real question behind your emergency care scenario. However, depending on the situation, if an employee is unconscious it would be reasonably prudent for the employer to call an ambulance. Workers comp is your remedy.
