Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

Employer SCREWED me

I have an issue, after 8 months of employment I was fired out of nowhere for no reason, took my company car, took my phone... said ''someone'' stole and they have to figure out who and until they do noone gets paid? I worked 6 days this week and did not get paid, my boss ignores me.

I was also told that I was to work 6 days per week and that I get paid for 5 days and my 6th day gets put into a fund so I get paid all winter... they fired me! they owe me 7,000.00... I am not the only person that they screwed, They pay me half on and half off the books, they employ illegal immigrants and they lied to me all the time when pay day came.

I am sitting here now with no money, rent is due, I worked 76 hours this week alone and I am owed 1200.00 cash for this week and 7,000.00 for one day @ 225$ per day every week for 8 months.

I applied for unemployment but who knows what they will say to stop me from getting it.

They fired 2 other crews with out paying them either.

Please help me I am SCREWED!
