Legal Question in Employment Law in New York
is there a law saying that i have to use all my sick days before i start my short time disability.My boss wants to paid them out.i want to keep them.Is it only up to him that he can pa�d them or not.He says thats the nyc disability law that he have to paid them out. Is he righ? He never done this before. I live in NYC.we are union workers.
