Legal Question in Legal Ethics in New York

a minor in a store

My son goes to a store in town that I dont want him going to. I spoke with the owner and told him that I dont want him selling anything to my son anymore because he is buying things that he has been bringing to school and getting in trouble for. Can he legally continue to sell to my son?

Yes, but if he is selling him things illegally than you should go to the police.

Good Luck. It is hard enough to raise kids when others try to help. It is very difficult when a store owner acts as irresponsibly as this one has.
