My mom got kicked by a nursing home patient, she fell and hit her head. Is there any way to sue the patient or the nursing home and win?

There are a lot more facts that I would need to know before answering your question. I would need to know a) whether your mom was a nursing home employee b) more info about security c) the extent of your mother's damages and d) mental status of patient.
