Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

BACKGROUND:I have been Divorced since 2000. My Ex-wife is still on mortgage. I have been paying the mortgage by myself since 2000. Ex-wife has completed Quit Claim deed in the past to purchase her own house.

QUESTION: Does Ex-Wife have the right to force me to sell the house if I cannot get re-financed at this time to remove her name?
