I have recently ''purchased a friends house to help him out of foreclosure, I need a document stating that the house should go to him in the event I become incapacitated or dead, what do you recommend?

Yes, I agree that you should execute a Last Will & Testament along with some other estate planning documents.

You need a last testament, a will. And you need to give someone you trust, other than them, a durable power of attorney to handle your affairs if you are incapacitated. Let me know if you want me to prepare them.
