Will a Quite Title law suite against my bank force them to produce the ORIGINAl wet ink signature note to my mortgage?

No, it will not. If the bank that holds your mortgage is the same as the bank you borrowed the money from, they don't need the note. If the mortgage was transferred, but they have a signed, notarized and recorded assignment, they don't need the note.
