How long does a case typically take
I file against against my previous employer for retaliation. How long does the process take before it is brought to the court's attention.

Re: How long does a case typically take
It depends where you file. If you filed with the division of human rights or the EEOC it does not automatically go to court. A number of things have to happen first. The investigation must be concluded in your favor by the agency you filed with.
