power of attorney cancel
I gave my daughter power of attorney thru a notary and no atty involved...I want to cancel her power. I am 81 yrs old and in a nursing home but will be transferring shortly, I have only SS monthly which she helps herself.

You would write a similar document stating the power of attorney has
Been terminated. Then you would simply submit the document to any
Place she's currently using on your behalf, such as the bank and
The SSA.
