Re: aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd degree

The first thing you should do is get an attorney. Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle is a criminal charge that can get you jail time.

The usual punishments are possible jail, further suspension or revocation of your driving privleges and a very hefty fine.

Good luck,
