Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
parking ticket
hiya, i got a parking ticket during winter parking from nov. 1st thru april 1st. when i retrieved the ticket from the windshield wiper on my car, i reviewed it, and under vehicle make, it said hundai, i don't own a hundai, my vehicle is a toyota. mistake by the issuing officer, but all of the other information is correct. can i have this thrown out, on a technicality ? i live in new york state, erie county, town of tonawanda, thank you.

Not likely, unless you get a kindly judge. It will probably be considered a harmless error. But try it...you never know.
