Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New York

trustee problem?

i have signed a stipulation with

2 trustees. i provide them with

information and they pay for my medicine, and dental and any emergency.

Thhey claim they are not bound by this document, that they lost

a lot of the principal of the trust

and can not pay for things now

maybe later when i need them.

They are require to pay interest every 3 months . they are not doing this either. what should i do

You need an attorney to review the trust agreement and the trustee's peformance to see how they have administered your trust & whether there was a breach. Court action may be necessary. Good luck.
