My mother is the executor of my grandmother's estate and will not show me the will. I believe I was mentioned in the will and I would like to know my rights to view it.

All wills should be published with the probate court in the jurisdiction the deceased executed it or wherever their estate is relevant. Once a will is published with the probate court it becomes a part of public record. Therefore, anyone may be able to view the will.
