Legal Question in Workers Comp in New York

you said to take 22% multiply it by 312, then multiply that by what rate? what comp was paying last? work rate? help. this is confusing

You compensation rate. Which is 2/3'rds your salary up to the yearly maximum.

I think that you need an attorney. It may seem to you not worth while, but if you do not know the law you will get hosed.
