Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

I had a business for about 2 year we close because of lack of business. We had a contract we the alrm company which we had to break. They are asking us to pay $1,900. Do I have to pay this buys.

Any attorney will say whoever signed the contract is responsible to pay. If you business is bankrupt, and it signed, then the alarm company has little recourse. If you signed individually, then they can come after you. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
