Legal Question in Business Law in North Carolina

my husband is getting sued in small claims. for something that did not happend . frist the buisness is not in his name it is mine . Reggie thats is suing him is tring to say that the covverter was missing. and that we had put a straight pipe on in its place & the total suet $2402.48 .this is not true in fact we are tring to get in touch with the guy that he bought the truck from we got to talk to Danny's dad he conf. tha Danny had taking it off & that danny was the one who that put the pipe on. i have pics. to show that the pipe whit rusty bolts was already on there & that it was not put on by my shop. i wont to counter sue reggie so what can sue for he still owes 475.00 for the job & now 25.00 day storage starting on 5-27-10 & the court date is on 6-30-10 can you help me this some info thank you .
