I want to know exactly how and what would be involved in having my marriage annuled. I have been divorced for almost 4 years. We were married and divorced in the state of North Carolina.

If you are divorced, you cannot get an annulment because there is no marriage to annul. In Roman Catholic faith, there is a procedure to nullify the marriage, but that is strictly through the church and you would have to consult a priest. Good luck!
