Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Most men paying child support are either divorced or were never married to the mother. So typically, 'husband's' don't pay child support - fathers do. As to paying after 18 and out of high school - I wouldn't do it and unless you were dumb enough to agree to it in a binding Agreement, NC law doesn't require you too but to each his own. Best of luck!
