Legal Question in Family Law in North Carolina

Visitation

My ex and I have been seperated for 10 yrs now and we have 2 kids. A 13 yr girl and 11 yr boy. He has paid maybe $800.00 in child support in 10 yrs. He paid for a DNA test for 1 that he has not paid no child support to. He has been in and out of jail. He has 3 counts of indecent liberty w/ child and is on the sex offenders list. He has a bad rap sheet. What chance does he have of getting visitation and what would be my best route?

If he is a registered sex offender, particularly a pedophile, I would say that his chances of getting unsupervised visitation with your children is NILL.
