Judgement against me

How do I go about fixing a judgement againt me and my husband?

You need to find out where it's recorded. Check with judgment department of clerk of court. Obviously, it is "fixed" by being paid - unless you've got some basis to attack validity of the judgment. After payment, you can ask to have the judgment marked "satisfied" in the clerk's records. You may have to draw up the paperwork depending on how responsive the creditor is after you've made payment.
