Legal Question in Employment Law in North Carolina
I have many business documents on my personal computer that my employer asked me to create over the term of my employment. If I quit or am fired, does my employer have any legal claim to these documents--or are they my personal property?

It depends on your company policy. In some company policies, anything you create is company policy. You need to review your agreement.
