Legal Question in Personal Injury in North Carolina

I recieved a ticket for an unsafe movement. I was involved in an accident, but my insurance company has taken care of both vehicles. What is going to happen when I appear in court?

If nobody was injured, and you bring proof (letter from your insurance company) that all of the damage has been paid, you may be able to get the ticket dismissed. You should post this under Criminal Law for a more specific answer.
