How can I use Prayer For Judgement for a speeding ticket in North Carolina?
I got a speeding ticket on a highway because I was going 84 in a 70 mph zone. I heard about prayer for judgement but I don't really know what it is and whether or not I can use it. Any advice?

You would speak with the DA and ask for a Prayer for Judgment. Then when you're called up, ask the judge for a Prayer for Judgment.
WARNING - this is not always your best option. Some counties, you may be able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation. Other times, a reduced plea may be your best strategy - depending on the driving record of you and your household.
