prayer for judgment for a speeding ticket

I have a prayer for judgment for speeding 76 in a 45 mph speed zone. My question is since I have a prayer for judgment should this show up on my driving record.

I recently applied for commercial work and it did not show up but a month later it is showing up.

When does this come off of my license, and is it going to effect my insurance points?

One prayer for judgment every three years in NC won't effect insurance. A 2nd one will.
