Re: Three jobs

If you were working the three jobs when injured, you are ok continuing to perform the two less strenuous. These jobs are called "concurrent employment", and should not affect your entitlement to temporary total disability benefits for the job of injury.

Make sure you have filed a Form 18 with the North Carolina Industrial Commission within 2 years of your date of injury. They can be downloaded, with a Bulletin, at the IC website. You can find a link to the site at ncworkcomp.com.

Good luck!
