appeals and writs
i filed a criminal appeal in 2002 when i filed it thru the proper channels via the clerk of courts in the lower court. before they sent it on to the appeals court they took 6 pages that were vital to my case out without even notifying me which in turn caused my appeal to be shot down since the verity of my defense was in those 6 pages is there anything i can do as a remedy?
