Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
Digital Photography
Does Digital Photography stand up in court? (i.e. lawsuit cases) Also does this change from state to state or is it pretty standard.
Thank You

Re: Digital Photography
The most important thing is being able to authenticate where and when the photo was taken, and by whom. There is no Ohio caselaw on the method of photography as yet.
