Scammed on Ebay

I purchased an item on ebay. I paid using paypal. The

woman never sent me the item. She gave me the run

around until I ran out of time to file a complaint. I

checked her record at ebay and others have

complained that she has done the same thing to them.

The item I purchased was a breastpump and it was

very expensive($414.00) . I really want to pursue this.

This person she be punished. What do I need to do?

There are a number of ways to assist yourself in this matter. You did not say how long it has been since you gave your credit card on ebay. In most cases it takes three months for charges to clear. You may be able to stop this by contacting your mastercard provider. Unless the person lives in the same jurisdiction, i.e. Ohio it is highly unlikly that any civil remedies can be obtained because of the small amount of money involved.
