underage child pictures sent over internet

I have sole custody of my 6 year daughter, Her mother has no parental rights. I have a friend who attended my daughters birthday party and took pictures of her and has been sending these pictures over the internet to her mother and friends without my consent. What action by law can I take to stop this situation from happening. Please E-mail me asap Thank You.

I think there is nothing you can do in a legal sense to stop this. The best thing is just to call him and ask politely that he not do this. I don't see the damage. If he is posting them on some website, then I think you might have more of a case to object. But to just send them in email, he is probably within his rights. You probably noticed him taking pictures and did not object. My suggestion is to let it go and move on. This is not the place to be vindictive. Keep this sort of stuff up and the judge may want to talk to you about your custody, unless your wife knowing anything about the kids is a danger to the kids, which you did not say was the case.
